2BU STUDIO — PRE-ORDER & RETURN POLICY

 

Drop 01 Production Framework:

All items from 2BU Studio Drop 01 are offered on an exclusive Pre-Order basis. By placing a pre-order, you reserve your garment within our limited boutique production window, helping us eliminate excess textile waste and maintain ethical manufacturing standards. Tailored production takes approximately 3–4 weeks from the close of the pre-order window, followed by express transit from our partner artisan workshop in Guadalajara, Mexico.

 

Cancellations & Modifications:

Because fabric meters are allocated and cutting schedules are locked with our master tailors immediately upon order confirmation, order cancellations or structural size modifications are only permitted within 24 hours of your initial purchase. Beyond this 24-hour window, all pre-orders are automatically locked into our production cycle and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

Returns & Size Exchanges:

Because our contemporary garments are produced in highly limited, small-batch seasonal runs, we do not offer traditional cash or credit card refunds for change-of-mind.

We accept returns solely for size exchanges (subject to alternative fabric and sizing availability) or store credit within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a size exchange or credit voucher, the trousers must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their exact original condition with all branding tags, custom packaging, and the detachable artisan rosettes fully intact.

 

Return Shipping & Processing Logistics:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and carrier logistics to our designated collection hub. Items sent back to our studio without a prior approved return authorization via hello@2bu-studio.com will not be accepted or processed.
